If you have special requirements for your flight with us, please let us know at the time of booking, by entering the relevant code from the list below:


Wheelchairs

Passengers with reduced mobility who can go up or down stairs and walk short distances can be provided with a wheelchair from the counter to the gate. Please use code “WCHR” when you make your booking.

Passengers with reduced mobility who can NOT go up or down stairs can be provided with a wheelchair from the counter to the gate, with additional assistance onto the aircraft. Please use code “WCHS” when you make your booking.

Passengers who are immobile and need to be carried on and off the aircraft can have their wheelchair checked in at the counter or at the gate (the wheelchair does not count as part of their baggage allowance). Please use code “WCHC” when you make your booking.


Blind / Visually Impaired

Passengers will be escorted to their seat and guide-dogs will be accepted in the cabin without charge. Please use code “BLND” when you make your booking.

Please note: If you will have a guide-dog accompanying you, you also need to use the code for bringing an animal on board (the code is “SRVA”)


Deafness

Our counter staff and in-flight crew need to know if a passenger has impaired hearing. Please use code “DEAF” when you make your booking.


Special Assistance

Passengers who need special assistance can be met at the check-in desk (for example, passengers with multiple children, passengers with mental difficulties, elderly people who do not require a wheel chair). Please use code “MAAS” when you make your booking.


Passengers with Infants

Infants must be between seven (7) days and two (2) years old at the time of travel. Adults must be sixteen (16) years or older to escort an infant. A ratio of 1 adult to every 1 infant is strictly enforced. Infants must not be seated in an emergency exit row on the aircraft. Please use code “INFT” when you make your booking.


Unaccompanied Children

Children between 5 and 11 years old who are travelling alone will be escorted from the counter to the aircraft when departing, and from the aircraft to the counter upon arrival. The number of unaccompanied children bookings may be limited per flight. Please use code “UMNR” when you make your booking.

Passengers with Sports Equipment

There is no additional charge to transport sports equipment, provided it is within the limits of your baggage allowance (this includes both weight and the number of pieces). Excess weight and baggage charges will apply if it exceeds the limits. Please use code “SPEQ” when you make your booking.

Please note: Excelsis will accept the following items as sports equipment on its aircraft: bicycle, golf clubs, ski's, ski boots and poles, sporting firearms (see baggage information for more details), snowboard, hockey equipment, scuba gear.


Passengers with Language Difficulties

Passengers who do not speak English can request special assistance. Please use code “LANG” when you make your booking.
